Welcome to the My Body My Way training studio!

We are very proud of the uniqueness of our training environment.  As a client of the studio, you receive a welcoming hello and free water and towel service with every training visit.  Our trainers make you feel like family, in fact, it's like exercising at a place where everybody knows your name.  Unlike big, impersonal fitness gyms, we take the time to listen to your needs and help you achieve the results that you came for.  Set in a spa-like environment, My Body My Way is the only studio in Prince Georges County Maryland where personal training is "personal".
