Unlike the big gyms down the street, our sole purpose is to help you reach your goals; theirs is to sell memberships. We don’t just sign you up and then hope you get the results that you came for. At our Health and Fitness Studio, we don’t have monthly membership fees. What you pay for is the time that you spend with your trainer.
Personal Training is what we specialize in. We use National Academy of Sports Medicine standards and take the time to truly evaluate your current physical status to design the appropriate exercise regimen for you. All training sessions are 45 minutes long and we regularly evaluate your progress and take body fat measurements. We expect you to hold us accountable as well.
