Having a coach is particularly powerful when you decide to fully commit to making significant changes in one or more areas of your life. Coaches focus on helping clients find their own answers, rather than just providing the answers, resulting in greater empowerment and more substantial change.
Psychologists and therapists help clients understand how the past is influencing the present. Coaches, on the other hand, focus on the present and help clients move toward the future. Your coach will work with you to help you improve all areas of wellness including fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of the life issues that impact wellness.
