Personal Training
If you desire personal attention and a hands-on
fitness coach, then 1-on-1 training is for you. Training sessions are
scheduled on a weekly basis and are 45 minutes in duration. After a full
assessment, your trainer will work with you to create an exercise program to
meet your specific goals. He/she will regularly take your body fat and
constantly track your progress along the way, ensuring your success.
