If you desire personal attention and a hands-on fitness coach, then 1-on-1 training is for you.  Unlike the big gyms down the street, our sole purpose is to help you reach your goals.  Theirs is to sell memberships.  We don't just sign you up and then hope you get the results that you came for.  As a matter or fact, as a Health and Fitness Studio, we don't have monthly membership fees.  What you pay for is the one-on-one time that you spend with your trainer. 

We use National Academy of Sports Medicine standards and take the time to truly evaluate your current physical status to design the appropriate exercise regimen for you.  Personal Training is what we specialize in.  That's what we do.  We guarantee results!

Training sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis and are 45 minutes in duration. After a complete assessment, we will create an exercise program designed to not only help you reach your fitness goals, but to also make it easier for you to carry out your everyday tasks. We regularly track your progress to make sure your on the path to success and to also hold us accountable for your results.
