We welcome all fitness levels. Because our Boot Camps are small in size we can give you the personal attention you need and are equipped to handle individuals with different exercise abilities. Each Boot Camp session is 4 weeks and includes nutritional guidance. Each individual class during the 4-week period is 45 minutes.
