Guys, we’ve got to start taking our health more seriously. The fact of the matter is, the obesity rate in America is crazy high, and the new cases of diabetes, high blood pressure and prostate cancer are increasing at alarming rates. So, it’s time to handle business and get ripped in the process.

What Can I Expect From Attending Boot Camp?

We welcome all fitness levels. Because our Boot Camps are small in size we can give you the personal attention you need and are equipped to handle individuals with different exercise abilities. Each Boot Camp session is 4 weeks and includes nutritional guidance. Each individual class during the 4-week period is 45 minutes. The first class will include a brief discussion of the Boot Camp rules and a nutrition overview. Some of the Boot Camp rules include the following:

- participant commits to doing their best
- participant accepts full responsibility for their attitude and will bring their best
attitude to class always
- participant commits to attending all classes
- participant commits to not using foul-mouthed language such as “I can’t”
