Our Fitness Model
We follow the National Academy of Sports Medicine's (NASM) training protocols. Once you have your initial fitness consultation, we make recommendations regarding the path you should take, but ultimately, you determine how closely you'd like to work with us. There are several personal training options as well as nutrition and weight management offerings to ensure that your goals will be met using whichever approach you prefer.

Nutritional Assistance
At the beginning of our training relationship, each client is given the opportunity to sit down with our nutrition consultant to understand the basics of nutrition and to get started on a healthy eating regimen.
