program, My Body My Way Online will take into account your:
Personal details and fitness level
- height, weight, sex and fitness history
Fitness goals - you many want to lose
weight, improve flexibility, reduce stress, build
muscle or train for specific sports.
Schedule - how much time do you
typically have to train? Our system will factor this
into the workout program it creates for you
Equipment access - your program will
be created using the equipment you have access to,
or if you
have no equipment, the system will build your
program using
non-equipment based exercises. |
